Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Storage & Beyond mobile app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License grant

YOTTADESIGN, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal or household use, subject to these Terms.

Accounts and your responsibilities

You sign in with an email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, use the App Support form right away.

User content

You own the content you add to the App — item details, photos, and everything else you enter. By adding content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, process, and sync that content solely to provide the App's functionality to you and your household.

Household sharing

A household's owner controls who is a member of that household. Any member you invite into a household can see and edit all inventory in that household — locations, items, photos, and details. Removing a member from a household does not retroactively hide content they already saw.

Premium subscription

Storage & Beyond offers an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription, available as Premium Monthly ([PRICE_MONTHLY] per month) or Premium Annual ([PRICE_ANNUAL] per year). Premium is billed per household — one active subscription unlocks Premium features for every member of that household. Premium unlocks AI photo identification and natural-language inventory questions; every other feature of the App is free without a subscription.

The following terms apply to auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancelling in the App itself is not possible, since the App Store and Google Play manage the billing relationship.
• No refunds are given for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law or by Apple's or Google's own policies.
• A "Restore Purchases" option is available in the App's Premium screen if you reinstall the App or switch devices.

AI features disclaimer

The App's AI-powered photo identification and natural-language search features (available with Premium) use Google's Gemini API to generate suggestions and answers. These suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App, or to use the App in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; see our Delete Account page to request deletion of your account and data.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated suggestions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOTTADESIGN, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW_STATE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App, in addition to these Terms, wherever it does not conflict with them. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
