These terms cover your use of Smart Maintenance Tracker, published by Yotta Design, LLC. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Smart Maintenance Tracker is

Smart Maintenance Tracker is a personal tool for tracking maintenance schedules, service history, and estimated costs for vehicles, homes, and other items you own. Maintenance intervals shown in the app, whether from our built-in catalog or looked up automatically, are general guidance based on typical manufacturer schedules, not a substitute for the manufacturer's manual or a qualified professional's judgment.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the item and service information you enter.
• One account is meant for one person. Item ownership can be transferred between accounts using the built-in transfer feature.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the app for anything unlawful or to store content you don't have the right to store; attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization; or interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure (for example, automated abuse or scraping).

No warranty

Smart Maintenance Tracker is provided "as is." We do our best to keep maintenance data accurate and the app available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-assisted or catalog-based maintenance suggestions are complete or correct for your specific vehicle or home.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Maintenance Tracker and Yotta Design, LLC aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including missed maintenance, property or vehicle damage, or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can't legally be limited.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, the app's features, or pricing over time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
