Delete Your Account
How to delete your All Done? account and data, in the app or by request.
Delete it yourself in the app
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger zone.
- Choose Delete my account, enter your password (or, if you sign in with Google or Apple and have no password, type your email address), and type the confirmation phrase.
If you're the only member of your organization, this also deletes the organization and everything in it — every workspace, board, and task. If your organization has other members, only your account is removed; any tasks you owned stay on the board but become unassigned. Either way, deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Deleting the whole organization
Admins can also delete the entire organization — all members, workspaces, boards, and tasks — from the same Danger Zone section, with the same password (or email address) and confirmation-phrase step.
If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove the app's access under Settings → Apple Account → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple on your iPhone; for Google, see your Google account connections.
Or ask us to do it
If you can't sign in, submit the App Support form using the email address on your account (the topic is preselected as “Delete my account or data”). We verify the request by replying to that address, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
If you're the sole member of your organization: the organization, every member, every workspace, board, group, and task in it, plus any copies in Recently deleted. Otherwise: your user account only — tasks you owned are unassigned, not deleted, and stay with the organization.
Timing
In-app deletion of an account or organization is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verification. Either way it is permanent.
Alternative
You can delete individual workspaces, boards, groups, or tasks inside the app at any time without deleting your account. Items you delete this way are kept in Recently deleted (Profile & settings) for 30 days so you can restore them, then removed permanently; you can also delete them forever from there at any time. You can also archive a board to hide it without deleting it.
