The challenge

Agents lose hours to the busywork around every home

Solo agents and small teams juggle the same headaches: listings typed again and again, buyer messages that come in during dinner, reviews left to chance, and a website that barely shows up.

  1. The challenge

Every listing is typed again and again

The same facts go into the MLS, the website, flyers and social posts, and 40 photos get sorted by hand.

    How we solve it

Snap photos and talk for a minute

AI sorts the photos, fills in the facts and writes the description, and one tap puts the home on your website and share kit.

  2. The challenge

Buyers move on when nobody answers

A buyer texts at 9 PM about a listing. By morning they've called another agent.

    How we solve it

Every buyer gets an answer in seconds

Your assistant answers from your facts, offers showing times from your calendar and hands the conversation to you.

  3. The challenge

Reviews and referrals are left to chance

Half of an agent's business comes from repeat clients and referrals, yet asking for reviews and staying in touch slips away.

    How we solve it

    Reviews and follow-ups on autopilot

Every client is asked for a review at closing, and anniversary and check-in notes are drafted for you.

  4. The challenge

    Invisible online, even to AI

A thin brokerage page doesn't show up when buyers search, or when they ask an AI assistant for a good local agent.

    How we solve it

A website that gets you found

A fast site on your own domain that keeps your listings, sales and reviews current for search engines and AI assistants.

Why it feels different

Buyers don't fall for square feet. They fall for Saturday mornings.

Every home has a story: the kitchen everyone ends up in, the yard where the dog runs laps, the porch where neighbors stop to talk. AgentPortalHQ helps you tell it in a minute, and takes the busywork off your plate so you can get back to people.

Be the agent AI assistants recommend

More buyers and sellers now ask ChatGPT or Google's AI for "a good agent near me." Those answers quote agents' own websites and Google profiles, and they quote facts: reviews, homes sold, years in business. Your AgentPortalHQ site keeps those facts current, in a form AI can read.

  • A track record page with homes sold, years, areas and reviews, updated with every closing.
  • Readable by AI and search engines, with structured facts on every page.
  • Fresh the same day: new listings and sales are sent to search engines when you publish.

Questions agents ask

Straight answers

Can AgentPortalHQ be customized for our business?

Yes. It's highly customizable. We set it up around your workflows, wording and brand, build the features your business needs, and you have a real say in our roadmap, with a named contact and regular check-ins.

Do I need to download an app?

No. You open AgentPortalHQ in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen. It uses your camera and microphone like any app, and keeps uploading if your signal drops in a basement.

How does it write a listing description from my voice?

You talk for a minute about the home, or type a few notes. The AI turns what you said, plus what it sees in your photos, into the facts and a description in your tone. Anything it isn't sure of is highlighted for you to check before you publish.

Is the AI going to make things up about the house?

No. Descriptions and replies use only the facts you gave it, from your voice note, notes, photos or MLS sheet. If a buyer asks something it doesn't know, it says you'll answer and lets you know.

What about fair housing rules?

Every description and caption is checked before it goes live. If a phrase could read as a preference for or against a protected group, you'll see why and get a neutral rewrite.

Is virtual staging allowed?

Yes, when it's labeled. Every staged photo is marked as virtually staged, the original stays one tap away, and staging only adds furniture. It never changes walls, floors, views or the outside of the home.

How do I show up when people ask ChatGPT for an agent?

AI assistants mostly quote agents' own websites and Google profiles, and they quote countable facts: reviews, homes sold and years in business. AgentPortalHQ keeps those facts on your site in a form AI can read, posts new listings to your Google profile and asks every client for a review.

Does my site show every home in the MLS?

Your site shows your own listings: active, coming soon and sold. Most agents' sites already lead with their own listings, and buyers who want to browse every home tend to use the big portals anyway.

Can I bring my old website and testimonials?

Yes. We move your pages, listings and testimonials for free when you start.

How much does it cost?

$49 a month for a solo agent, or $490 a year, with no setup fee and no contract. For teams, schedule a call and we'll put together a plan that fits.
